How to hide Instagram Stories from specific people on your iPhone

Step one: Launch Instagram from your home screen and then hit the Profile tab at the bottom right corner of the screen

Step two: Next up, hit the Gear icon next to the Edit Profile button. On the next screen, hit Story Settings under the Account section and then tap Hide story from at the top of the screen

Step three: Select the people you wish to hide your Stories from and hit Done at the top right corner of the screen.

How to unhide Instagram Stories from specific people on your iPhone

If you change your mind, you can easily unhide your Stories and allow others to view your posts in Instagram. To do this, you can follow our steps below.

Step one: Launch Instagram on your iPhone and then tap on the Profile tab

Step two: Hit the Settings icon (it looks like a gear icon) next to the Edit Profile button

Step three: Hit Story Settings under the Account section and then select Hide story from. Now just simply uncheck the box next to the person you wish to unhide your Stories from.
